This watch is selling for $299 USD which is not bad for a watch with a Seiko NH35 automatic movement, ceramic bezel, and 300m in water resistance. This watch doesn’t just look great on the wrist, it’s also more than capable of doing its job as a real dive watch. As you can see there is a lot of lume used in the watch and it looks great.Īll of the Aquatico watches I have reviewed have proven to be a great deal for the money. This provides a great green glow that last for quite a long time. To keep with the whole green theme, the lume us also done using vinatage green. Using the same vintage green, the Nato strap looks perfect on this watch. This watch doesn’t just come with the bracelet, it also comes with a very nice Nato strap. The bracelet is well made and has a very durable feel to it. The stainless steel bracelet on the Aquatico Sea Star is done in the same brushed finish as the case. Movement of the bezel is tight, but not too tight where it would be an issue under water. The coin edging on the bezel gives just the right amount of grip. The 120 click bezel has a ceramic insert which can take a good amount of abuse without scratching. For measurements, it comes in at 42mm in diameter, 50mm lug to lug, and 14.5mm thick. This watch is built from solid 316L stainless steel with a brushed finish. Protecting all of this is an inner AR-coated sapphire crystal. In the light, the green really pops, but when things get darker the color goes more to a grey. The face and bezel are done in a really cool looking vintage green. The hour and minute blade hands are large enough to be easily seen during any dive condition. This is a simple three-hander with no date. The dial on the Aquatico Sea Star is clean and simple, as a dive watch should be. The more time I spent with it the more I liked it. At first I wasn’t sure about the color but it quickly grew on me.
